A. This depends on the time of day call is placed and availability but calls can usually be carried out on the same day or within 24hrs.

Q. Can you a guarantee that you will solve my problem?

A. All our pest control treatments and technicians come with our guarantee that your problem will be solved.

Q. Can I treat this problem myself?

A. You can try resolving the problem but in many cases you need  equipment and the experience of trained a technician or you could be bitten or stung, and there is much more chance of the problem reoccurring.

A. Yes we are always discreet, all our domestic call vehicles are unsigned

Q.I have had treatment carried out by another pest controller, but none of the treatments have worked. Can you help?
A. We are constantly updating our training, so there is a good chance that we will be able to help. The pest controller you have used previously, may not have been aware of new treatments which are available. Also there may be preventative actions you can take to help prevent the problem reoccurring, we can advise you on that as well.
